Venue
The conference will be held in Tallinn, Estonia, in the ASTRA building of the Tallinn Uniersity, Narva mnt. 29. The building is located close to the center of the city, about 1 km from the old town.

Program
We plan to have talks from January 25th until January 27th and to have an excursion on January 28th. Therefore the participants are suggested to arrive to Tallinn on January 24th and to leave on January 29th.
